Mr.
Tatro has been involved in corporate finance, specifically the
commercial equipment leasing industry for over 20 years.
He has served as an Asset Manager overseeing the sale of
$45 million in equipment assets as well as the Appraisal Manager
for the Asset Management Division of a Fortune 100 company. |
During
his financial/appraisal career, Mr. Tatro has been employed as an
appraiser by Textron Financial Corporation and Fleet Capital
Leasing and is currently President and Senior Appraiser of
Valuation Resources, Inc., which he founded in 1999.
He is well versed in the appraisal disciplines of
accounting, appraising, finance and lease including residual
calculations and end of lease purchase option negotiations |
